Established in 2004, JV Diamond Center specializes in personal service and custom-made jewelry. On offer are hundreds of exquisite classics meticulously created in gold or platinum with radiant stones or to create something special and unique just for you. Owner Ziba Smartt has a BS in Chemical Engineering and is a GIA certified diamond gemologist. She has over 25 years of experience in the jewelry industry and works alongside her sister Maryam Atashi, an experienced jewelry designer. Additionally, Bryan Kiep brings over 25 years of experience and workmanship in jewelry making and repair to JV Diamond Center.  The result is a relationship-based service getting to know clients on a personal level to better serve their fine jewelry needs.
