Policies

Online sales accept payments from all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal.
No refunds will be accepted on any sale.
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on special orders, including resized in-stock rings.
Exchanges of in-stock items are allowed within 30 days. For online sales, the buyer pays return shipping and must contact JV Diamond Center prior to shipping to arrange the exchange.
All claims of damaged goods or exchanged goods must be accompanied by the original bill of sale included with the purchase.
Payment for all online sales, both in-stock and special order items, is due up-front.
Free shipping on all purchases over $295 for online sales requiring CONUS delivery.
Shipping options will be provided at an added cost for all sales requiring OCONUS delivery.
OCONUS customers are responsible for any customs fees incurred by online sales.
Free appraisals are provided upon request for any item sold for $995 or more.
Appraisals for items less than $995 are offered for an additional fee of $95.
